The Ultimate Salmon Burger (Print-Friendly Layout)

Ingredients List:

01 - 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, skin removed.
02 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard.
05 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour).
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped.
08 - 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - 1/2 tsp sea salt.
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
11 - 1-2 Tbsp olive oil for cooking.
12 - 4 burger buns, toasted.
13 - Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, sauce).

How to Prepare:

01 - Finely chop the fresh salmon fillets or pulse them in a food processor until coarsely ground.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, onion, garlic, Dijon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
03 - Divide mixture into 4 portions and form into burger patties.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Serve on toasted buns with your choice of toppings.

Helpful Notes:

01 - For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
