The Ultimate Salmon Burger (Print-Friendly Layout)
Ingredients List:

1 pound fresh salmon fillets, skin removed.

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard.

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour).

1 large egg.

1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped.

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.

How to Prepare:

Finely chop the fresh salmon fillets or pulse them in a food processor until coarsely ground.

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, onion, garlic, Dijon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Divide mixture into 4 portions and form into burger patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
