10 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional).

How to Prepare:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced shallot, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
02 - Add shredded kale, apple matchsticks, and chopped parsley (if using) to the bowl with the dressing.
03 - Toss all ingredients together until the kale and apples are well coated with the vinaigrette.
